Ryan and his partner were retained at the 11th hour to represent a Fortune 500 residential homebuilder facing significant exposure in a defective construction arbitration with no pre-hearing discovery. Through pure litigation “gun slinging,” Ryan and his partner battled in a lengthy arbitration obtaining a defense award.

Ryan was once again brought in at the last minute to represent a real estate developer on a four-year old, complex, multi-party property dispute prior to trial. Ryan moved quickly and aggressively in preparing for trial while simultaneously working with all parties and insurance carriers in an effort to get the matter resolved. After six weeks, Ryan had a four-year matter resolved with a favorable outcome.

Ryan represented a large commercial retailer in a real estate dispute involving discharge of site drainage onto neighboring property. Positioning the client perfectly with pre-trial discovery and pre-trial motions, Ryan obtained a nuisance value settlement of an alleged seven-figure case.
