Noelle Malindzak is an associate in Newmeyer Dillion’s Newport Beach office. Her area of practice includes a wide range of business and civil litigation matters.

Noelle brings a collaborative approach to client service and helping ensure the firm supports each client in achieving their goals. Her background offers a variety of unique skill sets that complement the firm’s service team, including:

An understanding of the judicial system and its legal process. Noelle has gained legal experience through various avenues, including clerking at civil litigation law firms in Orange County, at the UCI School of Law Community and Economic Development Clinic, and through various pro bono projects throughout law school. She also frequently volunteered at the Santa Ana Federal Pro Se Clinic through a program organized by Public Law Center. In this position she offered guidance to individuals who were representing themselves in federal civil actions. These experiences help Noelle bring insight and practicality to the litigation process.

An excellence in legal writing. While in law school, Noelle was an associate editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and served as a research assistant for Professor Croskery-Roberts’ Lawyering Skills course. She also received the Dean’s Award representing the highest grade in her California Motions course. These experiences highlight her ability to craft persuasive and fact-driven writing on complex issues for clients.

A zealous drive for advocacy. Noelle is known for her tenacity, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with those around her. At the end of the day, Noelle’s primary motivation is to enable individuals and business owners to spend more time focusing on their goals and less time worrying about litigation.
