Kelly Hess is the Controller at Newmeyer Dillion and has over seventeen years of experience in law firm accounting. She started her career as Accounts Payable Coordinator and worked her way through all areas within a law firm accounting department and into her current position, managing all aspects of accounting and payroll. During her time at Newmeyer Dillion, the firm has successfully opened two other offices and the number of attorneys has tripled, while keeping all accounting duties within her department in their main office.
Kelly focuses on improving reporting capabilities and adding value to the firm by maximizing profitability. This means being involved in all aspects from client engagement to risk management. She enjoys not only building relationships within the firm but also collaborating with our clients for long-term success.
