Bradley Dugan focuses his practice on business litigation. A legal strategist with more than a decade of litigation experience, Brad brings a broad spectrum of concerns. for the firm’s corporate clients. He represents businesses and individuals in a range of industries including financial, real estate, technology, pharmaceutical, nutrition and medical, sports and apparel, and entertainment companies. From single-action lawsuits to class actions and regulatory issues including government investigations, Brad takes a practical, collaborative approach to navigate legal solutions that work. He draws on his legal strengths and courtroom knowledge to provide on-point, cost-effective litigation advice and counsel and confronts thorny legal issues to win the cases that move business forward.

Business Litigation

Brad defends local, national, and multi-national corporations and individuals in domestic and international disputes. He has worked on major trials, successfully argued hundreds of dispositive motions, and takes primary responsibility for the management of litigation matters including fact investigation, case strategy, motion practice, discovery, and settlement.

Brad blends a wealth of sophisticated legal experience with a finely honed ability to assess the facts of a case and identify key issues to obtain favorable results for client, and often strikes a balance between both parties that results in favorable settlements. Clients entrust Brad with challenging and complex litigation matters vital to their continuing operation and success. He is adept at advising on litigation options and alternatives and the implementation of business-related strategies, while always remaining focused on his clients’ best interests.

Appellate Experience

Brad is also an experienced appellate attorney, having briefed and argued appeals in both state and federal court.  Most recently, Brad obtained a  favorable ruling in a trade secrets case challenging a ruling on an anti-SLAPP motion.

Community Engagement

Brad has a strong track record of providing pro bono services. He has dedicated hundreds of hours to prosecuting veterans’ rights and defending charitable organizations and low-income individuals in litigation.
