If you or your business had a trial scheduled to start between now and May 22, 2020, you will not be going to trial until after May 25, 2020, at the earliest. Effective immediately, California has suspended all trials for 60 days, unless there is a good cause finding to conduct trial at an earlier date. We anticipate that the Courts will issue further guidance in the coming weeks.
